This one is good, newspapers on top of a boiler. No its the single skin flue liner, the flue has not been installed to current standards, along with no air ventilation. They were fitted with the original warm air heating but they had been plastered over on the kitchen re-fit. I took advise from the CORGI technical help line who were very helpful. The boiler was fully serviced and left working with a list of things to do. This could have been prevented by getting a registered plumber who is CORGI registered to look the house over before purchase.
