Dying for a service

I was called to service a back boiler, the normal conversation over the phone is how much will it cost. My answer was providing it was serviced last year about £66.00, but when you get the boiler stripped down you find it in the condition above. To get in this condition with the correct free air (Air Vent) is about three to four plus years, the boiler could become a killer.
