I was called to replace this boiler sited in a garage, the customer was advised that the boiler was an illegal installation, plus it needed a new gas valve as the pressure could not be reduced, it was 2mb over max setting. I replaced the regulator to the Honeywell gas valve £26.00  which corrected the pressure problem and full service of the boiler and it was good as new.
