Warm air unit that was serviced the previous year on a landlords safety record all signed off as serviced. Transco had been called in as the warm air unit was making a funny noise. They turned it off and made safe. My service charge includes the removal of the fan,,,,,,, The air filter was totally blocked with dust along with the return air filter which should be cleared every six months.
